I appreciated that Reynolds sent me his name and picture prior to his arrival. He was very knowledgeable about the issues some of my requests involved; he worked quickly and cleaned everything up as he went. He also cleaned up really well, as the process was messy—no fault of his. Colton has solid customer service and communication skills. Fast response. Julius was very competent and fixed our plugged drain in record time. He was very nice and respectful. We really enjoyed meeting him. We just had Talon help us repair a dangerous electric problem. He was very thorough and found things we were not aware of. He explained everything as he was working and showed us evidence of our serious situation. We have an older residence and require some upgrades, which he will complete soon. He also helped us enroll in Reynolds plan to keep our electric and plumbing up to date. Well worth the benefits. Talon was very competent and very easy to work with.
