Highly recommend Reynolds for HVAC Dec 9, 2025

I had a new HVAC system installed. Reynolds was very accommodating with the scheduling of installation. Rashad and his partner were very polite and professional during the installation. Rashad was very thorough in explaining everything they had done and how the new system worked. I even videoed him explaining how to set the thermostat lol. I would highly recommend Reynolds for all of your HVAC needs.

He’s very polite and explained all the work that I wanted done so I understood it: running the wire from the electric panel to the bathroom, relocating the switches from where they’re at to the new position, removing the fan and light fixture, and replacing it with a new fan/light/heat fixture. Reynolds has a great text messaging system so that you know when they are on the way as well as confirming and communicating prior to the appointment. The office staff are also friendly and dependable. We plan to proceed with recommended repairs and will post again after our job is complete!
