The team from both Reynolds Plumbing and Accurate Underground were truly awesome. I worked with Michael initially to get a quote on a well line replacement for a new home we were buying. With a crazy fast-moving house market and quick closing timeline, along with my general lack of knowledge about wells, it was such a peace of mind to have Michael's knowledge in planning the project. When Cole, Scott, and Tom showed up onsite from Accurate, they showed up with James from Reynolds, and the team went to work. They were prompt, professional, very helpful (remember - new homeowner, first-time well owner), very patient and kind (there were a few not-their-fault hiccups that they helped us through as well!!), as well as having wonderful personalities and sense of humor.
I waited a couple of months to put in a review because I wanted to make sure I felt good about the quality of the work. And I could not recommend them enough. If I have any future issues that they could help with, trust me - they will be my first call.
