UPDATE in NOV 2025: Jason came out to fix some issues with our sink. He has been here before for other work, and he always shows up professionally, friendly, efficient, and informative. He talked with me about the maintenance plan, and it was really helpful looking at the breakdown of all the benefits and usual costs of service. Overall, we've had really positive experiences with Reynolds.

We Should Have Called Reynolds First
Reynolds Plumbing came out as soon as we needed them. They were professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. They got right to work on our plumbing issue and solved it in no time. The price was reasonable, better than the quote I was given by another company over the phone who didn't even show up. The other company said they would be at our house at a certain time, then never showed up. We should have called Reynolds in the first place. I won't use anyone but Reynolds again, ever.
