We called Reynolds at noon and had a technician to our home in an hour. Juan was professional, courteous, and thorough. He scoped our line, cleared the stoppage, and referred us to his associates for a long-term solution.
This is an 80-year-old home, and we have had annual stoppage for 10 years. The company we had used previously never suggested a scope. We could have handled this situation years ago.

He diagnosed the system
Rich Kinsella came out to our house rather quickly. We were having an issue with our sewage pump. He diagnosed the system as having a plugged line between the house and the street sewage line. We got a third party involved, where he described the problems and issues with our particular system. We may need to have the pump replaced as a result of the plugging, but he troubleshot the primary problem.
