Had two wall heating/AC units that were working but barely blowing anything out. Alex Carnevale arrived early, which was great, and checked the two units. We recently rented the house and were unaware that the filters in the units had not been cleaned prior to our move-in. He removed the filters and cleaned them and also provided me with instructions and valuable information on how to maintain the units for maximum efficiency.
