    Had two wall heating/AC units that were working but barely blowing anything out. Alex Carnevale arrived early, which was great, and checked the two units. We recently rented the house and were unaware that the filters in the units had not been cleaned prior to our move-in. He removed the filters and cleaned them and also provided me with instructions and valuable information on how to maintain the units for maximum efficiency. On his third day of trying multiple different things and never giving up, he figured out the problem and got our AC working again. I highly recommend Eric to any job.     Outstanding Work Reynolds Electric
    It's a day at 100 degrees when your AC goes out; you figure a lot of people are in the same position. It's hot and miserable, and you figure when you call a company for assistance, you wait for that... "Looks like we can fit you in mid next month." Not here. Same day service with Reynolds. Not only that, but they kept me posted on a time. Then, I got a text my person was 30 minutes away. Guess what, he showed at that time. No looking out the windows for 4 hours waiting. Then the tech knows what the heck he's doing and had me back in action in an hour after considerable repairs on the heat pump. He was friendly and professional. Daniel was just as awesome in the office. Fair price on top of that. Outstanding work Reynolds Electric!

    I'd leave more stars if I could. I called this morning inquiring about service for my non-working air. The company I normally used was unavailable for quite some time. These guys not only came out the same day, but they came out within an hour. Amazing customer service. My air was back up and running in no time. I highly recommend them.

    I Recommend Them Unreservedly
    I’m installing a smart toilet (bidet) and wanted to be sure to be code compliant in the primary bath. The junction box I planned to use was tightly packed beyond my ability to add an additional cable. But Parker Appah of Reynolds was able to quickly and expertly install the needed outlet and ensure I have the esthetics and safety requirements well met. He impressed me by his additional skill in doing the install through tile while working around water pipes and other wires in the wall. I’ve been impressed by Reynolds before and will surely use them for future projects. I recommend them unreservedly.

    Parker Atta came to the rescue on some of our sketchier electrical wiring that we had been worrying about since we bought our home. He did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing and walking us through all the connections we were worried about. He then rewired connections that needed it, replaced switches and plugs, and discussed future projects with us. He is a pleasant, knowledgeable, easygoing guy that made the whole process easy and understandable. We are looking forward to working with Parker on more projects in the future!
