Totally delighted by the service from Nick at Reynolds Electric. His first order of business was to inspect everything before performing any work—electrical panels and so forth. While I know this is expected in the industry for safety and compliance, Nick was super thorough and gave an added layer of service by clearly and patiently explaining everything to me (as a newer homeowner who isn’t handy, there is a lot I don’t know!). Nick was super informative and helped me understand where my systems stand and what ongoing maintenance or replacement may be needed. The work itself was done professionally and better than I’d hoped, and I am just so happy to have it done safely and reliably. I joined Reynolds’ membership service, and I’m so glad I did—maintaining a home as a single parent is daunting, and lots of things are forgotten in the busyness of life.
