Within their prompt arrival, they had my drain running better than ever within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and the company they work for, as well as the lady I spoke to from the office to set it up. She kept me informed on their arrival and assured me I'd be satisfied with definite results. And I am very happy and satisfied with all of them. I took advantage of a Reynolds special offer for clearing a slow/blocked drain and got a great deal! Although the scheduled technician had called in sick, Reynolds promptly rescheduled their crew, and the sub arrived within a short time of the original window, was friendly and professional, and not only resolved the slow drain but also checked other drains and showed me what he had done and how he made the assessment, and gave me some additional practical hints.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and everything I tried failed to get results. A gallon of gel clog remover and snaking the drain didn't help. I even cleaned out the trap and tried to snake the cleanout but couldn't get the snake past the first turn in the drain pipe. That's when I decided we needed a plumber.
I called several, who were booked out for a couple days, but needed something done right away. Then I called Reynolds Electric and Plumbing. They were very understanding and said they had a service person currently out on a job in the area and would dispatch him as soon as he finished the job he was on.
Well, Caleb contacted us within the hour and said he was on the way. He showed up at the front door and was soon on his way to clearing the drain. Our dog, Bunny, who usually greets any new person with suspicion, was calm and accommodating and Caleb treated her like family.
Caleb found the clog deep down in the drain pipe and continued to snake out to the end of his line to make sure he got everything. He was finished in no time and we were even able to take advantage of a special discount Reynolds had online. It was a great relief to have the sink working again. Caleb did a great job! I will definitely call on Reynolds again when we ever need plumbing or electrical work done. Caleb even shut the drive gate on his way out so Bunny wouldn't chase after him. Good man!

I contacted Reynolds Plumbing because a line to my septic system was plugged. The office manager promptly picked up: "Let me check the schedule; I can have the drain crew out there in 30 minutes." A couple of minutes later I received an email and text informing me that Garrett was on his way. Garrett and Julius showed up on time as promised. They inspected the drain line and available access, informed me of the cost, and presented me with a quote. I signed, and an hour later the drain was cleared. They explained the condition of the drain lines and what they encountered. Very pleasant and professional the whole time. Highly recommended.
