Totally delighted by the service from Nick at Reynolds Electric. His first order of business was to inspect everything before performing any work—electrical panels and so forth. While I know this is expected in the industry for safety and compliance, Nick was super thorough and gave an added layer of service by clearly and patiently explaining everything to me (as a newer homeowner who isn’t handy, there is a lot I don’t know!). Nick was super informative and helped me understand where my systems stand and what ongoing maintenance or replacement may be needed. The work itself was done professionally and better than I’d hoped, and I am just so happy to have it done safely and reliably. I joined Reynolds’ membership service, and I’m so glad I did—maintaining a home as a single parent is daunting, and lots of things are forgotten in the busyness of life. So grateful to have the ongoing help of a professional and reputable company like Reynolds, who also offer multiple crucial home services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) so I don’t have to waste time, money, and effort searching for qualified, reliable, honest, and reputable services for the other systems in my home. I’m installing a smart toilet (bidet) and wanted to be sure to be code compliant in the primary bath. The junction box I planned to use was tightly packed beyond my ability to add an additional cable.
But Parker Appah of Reynolds was able to quickly and expertly install the needed outlet and ensure I have the esthetics and safety requirements well met.
He impressed me by his additional skill in doing the install through tile while working around water pipes and other wires in the wall.
