We reached out via their online contact form, and they responded to us within minutes. After that they were able to communicate with me via text (which I appreciated) to set an appointment, which was only a day later. I received text notifications when they were on their way, which I also appreciated. Technician Jason arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable with our Rinnai tankless gas heater. He identified the problem within just a few minutes. Thankfully the problem was a simple error that my husband and I had made during our DIY replacement of a shower valve, causing a hot/cold water crossover. Jason verbally walked us through the steps to fix it, which we are happy and capable of doing ourselves, which saved us any additional or unexpected charges with him. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Pretty good service in my opinion
Had a plumber out to replace a water heater and replace an exterior fixture in the same trip. He was clean, courteous, professional, and left barely a trace.
When we noticed an odd leaking at the fixture the next day, I put in a call and the office got back to me pretty quickly and got the same plumber back out to take a look later that morning. He got it working correctly and it has been since. Pretty good service in my opinion.
