The job was not inexpensive; it was also not a small or simple job.
I needed to have an EV charger installed. I was also sure I was going to need to upgrade the circuit to my house, and I wanted a GFI outlet in the bathroom near the toilet for a bidet.
Once I was quoted everything, Reynolds did all the communication with the power company to pull permits and schedule the cut and inspectors for the circuit upgrade. The big part of the circuit upgrade was done on day 1 without issue, and the rest of the job (EV outlet, GFI outlet, and misc stuff) was completed on day 2.
The guys doing the work at the house (Caleb, and I honestly can’t remember the other guy’s name, sorry—but super nice) were great. Very polite, personable, professional, and communicative. The people in the office coordinating everything were great too—on top of things, calling and coordinating quickly. I never was wondering what was going on.
I will definitely use them again.

I’m installing a smart toilet (bidet) and wanted to be sure to be code compliant in the primary bath. The junction box I planned to use was tightly packed beyond my ability to add an additional cable.
But Parker Appah of Reynolds was able to quickly and expertly install the needed outlet and ensure I have the esthetics and safety requirements well met.
He impressed me by his additional skill in doing the install through tile while working around water pipes and other wires in the wall.
