We had our Bradford & White hybrid (heat pump) water heater fail after 7 years, which was a disappointment as Google says they should last 10 to 15 years. But it certainly saved us a lot of money since we bought it in 2019 when it was only $2K.
Anyway, Reynolds sent Andrie out and he was fantastic. Although he hadn't seen this type of water heater previously, he was able to diagnose it and the part arrived two days later (cold showers!), and he replaced it quickly and we are all back up with hot water!
