I had routine maintenance done on my furnace and A/C unit, and Reynolds is always easy to deal with. Scheduling was easy, and the tech is prompt. Gavin was the tech who did the work, and he has visited before. He is always friendly and professional. He is a good communicator and explains everything well.

Our furnace quit working on a very cold day. Gavin was here quickly and immediately diagnosed the issue (bad motor). He sourced a replacement motor and had us back up with warmth very quickly. Great professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Parker Atta came to the rescue on some of our sketchier electrical wiring that we had been worrying about since we bought our home. He did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing and walking us through all the connections we were worried about. He then rewired connections that needed it, replaced switches and plugs, and discussed future projects with us. He is a pleasant, knowledgeable, easygoing guy that made the whole process easy and understandable. We are looking forward to working with Parker on more projects in the future!

He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing.
