Alex came out to do an inspection on the HVAC system for a new home I just purchased. He explained how to change my air filters and how often to change them. He recommended a few upgrades (newer thermostat and an air filtration system), which I opted to do. Very happy to have everything done promptly and efficiently!
Chris was also out today to do the electrical behind my dishwasher. Second time out to help with this and did a great job.

Reynolds is amazing. We signed up for their yearly service plan, which means they respond lightning quick, and have recently used them to upgrade to a new electrical panel with a whole home outlet replacement, as well as install a new HVAC to replace our 20+ year old HVAC. Over the past 10 years they have come to our home for various light fixture installations and have always impressed us with their level of professionalism. Reynolds is fan-fricken-tastic. We are moving out of state, but I wish we could take them with us to our new home!

Just found out one can only leave 1 Google review per company! So I am updating this review to include ALL the jobs Reynolds has done for me to date. And in each one, I have found them to be stellar individuals working for a great company! I would give 10 stars if I could.
I hired them to put in all utilities, including trenching and permitting on a property to an RV pad. One of the gentlemen (and they all were) had done cement work in the past, so he got the OK from Reynolds to do that as well! It was great to work with one company instead of having to coordinate loads of subcontractors who'd be stepping on each other's toes. On this job I was given direct cell phones to the supervisor of each division: underground, plumbing, electrical, and I had a designated dispatcher woman who texted and called me. I felt completely heard, understood, and in capable hands. It truly was the best hired job experience I have ever had, and coming from a family of home remodelers that's saying a lot.
With this utility service Reynolds included a year of their "home servicing," which checks on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Since it was on property to an RV pad and not a house, they were able to transfer it to my home. So far I've had a young man out to service my ancient gas furnace, and again he was super knowledgeable, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure it was all clean and safe (ran a test to make sure no carbon monoxide was coming into the garage or home). Again, I would give 10 stars, not 5, if I could.
I just wish they had a construction division as well, as their one company to service all utilities is superb!
Thank you Reynolds for your business ethics, the great employees you hire, how you treat your employees, and the great job you do every time. I am impressed.
