UPDATE in NOV 2025: Jason came out to fix some issues with our sink. He has been here before for other work, and he always shows up professionally, friendly, efficient, and informative. He talked with me about the maintenance plan, and it was really helpful looking at the breakdown of all the benefits and usual costs of service. Overall, we've had really positive experiences with Reynolds. PREVIOUS: We just brought them out for our first service and it went great! Both Hank and Joseph were wonderful and made a great impression. We will definitely be calling Reynolds for our future plumbing needs!

Made an appointment for multiple services, got a quote, and then they did the work quickly and efficiently at the price agreed. I would highly recommend Reynolds Electric, Plumbing and Heating and Cooling. One of my neighbors had a great experience also! I thought it might take 10 days or more for an appointment, but they said next day, but I had an appointment. So the next day, right on time, ready, they text me a picture of the person coming. Overall very satisfied. Difficult job in a crawl space, the repair person was very communicative and explained options clearly. Amount of time to actually do the work was way under estimate in this case. I actually had other tasks to do, but price of work limited me to settle on the one that was in most immediate need. Old house, lightning storm, and five dogs to contend with, and never anything but smiles from the two of them for three days! Everything done within the promised time frame and everything explained. Also walked me through my water heater maintenance and winter spigot care! It’s always a pleasure to work with a Reynolds crew! Just had Steven out to assess the plumbing in my 1928 beauty! Plumbing explained expertly as to what is existing and what needs to be replaced! Reynolds always makes me feel confident that they are the right fit for the job! Great job, Rod! Julius fixed my clogged sink. He was friendly and professional. Julius was able to identify the problem and fix it within minutes. Julius was very nice to speak with and engaging. I appreciate working with this company, and their staff are phenomenal! Joseph was exemplary at arriving quickly, assessing the issue, and scheduling a new water heater posthaste. Joseph also recommended a company for floor repair since my water heater failed, resulting in a floor repair need. All done professionally and quickly. If you aren't using Reynolds for your electric and plumbing needs, you should reconsider. Some of the kindest, fastest, and most knowledgeable repair people I have ever met!

Rich Kinsella at Reynolds was great to work with. It's typically not good news when you need a plumber, but Rich (and his assistant Devonn) did a great job making the repairs. Throughout, Rich communicated what was wrong and what needed to happen clearly, was flexible in scheduling, and made sure I was okay with all the work before it happened. They were fast and did a good job cleaning up afterward. I would definitely hire Rich again, but—no offense—I hope I don't have to for a while. :)

Reynolds Plumbing and Steven Myrand were great. I was able to get an appointment within just a few days from my call, which I truly appreciated. Steven was friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do and made it easy for me to understand. When he (and his colleague Joe) finished, they showed me the damaged pipe that had caused the problem and took the time to explain how it could have happened. I couldn't have expected any better service than I received from this experience. I'm sure I'll return to Reynolds for any future plumbing or electric work and I'll ask for Steven when it's possible.
