Contest Rules:
- The contest is open to owner-occupied, single-family homes. Limit one entry per household.
- Owner shall provide original installation date information if possible, or photo of HVAC sticker.
- Entrants must be 21 or older, own the home entered in the contest and reside within our service area.
- Entries must be received by Nov. 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
- All decisions are final.
- All entrants may be required to allow Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to verify (in person), the age of the HVAC system.
- The winner will be selected on or around Dec. 1, 2025 (once proper verifications are made) and informed via telephone prior to media announcements.
- The winning entry will receive a new HVAC system equivalent to the existing HVAC system.
- Any upgrades to a new type or size of HVAC are not included.
- The winning entry allows Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to use images and likenesses of the old and new unit, the homeowner’s name and photo in promotional materials.
- Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- No entry fee or purchase is required.
- Any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building and mechanical codes are not included.
- Permit fees not included.
Restrictions: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.
